Set within the heart of Kingham, Ryeworth Cottage is the largest and most spacious of the five Kingham Cottages, designed for relaxed gatherings and family stays. The ground floor opens into a generous, open-plan living and dining space laid with flagstone floors and furnished with large, comfortable sofas surrounding an open fireplace.
The adjoining oak kitchen is fully equipped for easy entertaining, featuring a four-door electric AGA, additional built-in double oven, ample counter space and all essential cookware. A breakfast table provides a welcoming spot for coffee or casual meals. French doors lead from the kitchen onto a private terrace and garden beyond.
Upstairs are three well-appointed bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a twin bedroom with its own en-suite, and a second twin bedroom served by the family bathroom. Each room is simply and thoughtfully styled, with soft linens and warm, natural tones.
Downstairs, an unexpected extra: a basement playroom and family room complete with a large flat-screen TV (Wi-Fi and FreeSat), sofas, a 1950s doll’s house and a dressing-up trunk — a perfect hideaway for children or cosy film nights.
