The Farmhouse is the focal point of the estate — a listed 19th-century property with open fires, grand reception rooms and elegant proportions. It includes a large kitchen, dining room and a cinema room for relaxed evenings indoors. The Cottage, a fully self-contained four-bedroom home, offers a welcoming space for families or guests seeking privacy, complete with its own kitchen, living areas and bathrooms.
The Dutch Barn acts as the estate’s entertainment and dining hub — an expansive glass-fronted space overlooking the pool and tennis court. It comfortably hosts group dinners and gatherings, connecting seamlessly to the outdoor terraces for summer dining.
The estate also features a gym, sauna and steam room, offering guests the option to balance indulgence with relaxation and wellness.

Seven acres of landscaped gardens and orchards surround the farmhouse and cottage, flowing into a further seventeen acres of pasture and open countryside. This configuration includes the Farmhouse, Cottage and Dutch Barn, with housekeeping and concierge services included. The pool operates seasonally (May to September, weather permitting), and up to two dogs are welcome by arrangement.
