About
Inside
Set within rolling Cotswold countryside near Oddington, Latimer Farm Estate is an exceptional 19th-century property that pairs architectural heritage with contemporary luxury. Designed for gatherings both large and intimate, the estate spans four separate buildings — The Farmhouse, The Stone Barn, The Cottage and The Dutch Barn — each with its own kitchen, living spaces and outdoor areas.
The Farmhouse forms the heart of the estate, featuring beautifully restored interiors, spacious reception rooms, open fires, and a mix of antique and modern furnishings. The Stone Barn and Cottage offer further self-contained accommodation, ideal for families, guests or staff, while the Dutch Barn serves as the entertainment hub — an impressive glass-fronted space overlooking the pool and tennis court, with dining for twenty, a bar area and a cinema lounge.
Bedrooms are spread across the buildings, each with its own character — from vaulted beams to soft modern palettes — and all include en-suite bathrooms. High-quality finishes, natural textures and bespoke furnishings by designer Olivia Sutcliffe create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and lived-in.
A state-of-the-art gym, steam room and barrel sauna complete the wellness experience, offering relaxation after a day of tennis or walking through the surrounding apple orchards.
Outside
The estate’s gardens and parkland are the epitome of English country living — three acres of manicured lawns and terraces flow into orchards and fields, with a total of twenty acres to explore. A seasonal heated outdoor pool and tennis court (newly completed in 2023) sit at the heart of the grounds, framed by sun terraces and outdoor seating areas. The Dutch Barn’s dining terrace overlooks this space, creating an ideal setting for barbecues and summer celebrations.
Whether hosting an event or simply enjoying a quiet retreat, Latimer Farm is designed for effortless outdoor living — a place where guests can dine, swim, play and unwind surrounded by natural beauty.
Location
Latimer Farm sits just outside Upper and Lower Oddington, less than 10 minutes from Daylesford Organic Farm and 15–20 minutes from Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Norton and Burford. A 30-minute walk across the fields brings guests directly to Daylesford for its shops, restaurants and spa.
Access & Service
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the estate, with housekeeping and a full concierge service included. The pool operates seasonally (May to September, weather permitting). Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.
Elegant, expansive and full of character, Latimer Farm Estate is a place for connection and celebration — described by Country Life’s Editor Mark Hedges as “one of the most charming places you could spend a few days.”
